We did a moving veterans full military honors burial for a Korean War veteran this week. We showed up at Fairview Cemetery in the veterans section and saw a woman named Susan Wolf there. Of course I always talk to the family before we do the ceremony and I asked if she was their daughter? She actually was a social worker/guardian for both of them appointed by the court but it was so moving to all of us veterans there with how emotional she was involved. She was really sad and grieving that both of these people she cared for too many years. This was very moving for everybody involved that this veteran and his wife were not forgotten.
